Ordered 2 different pairs, one is fine, one is too tight.

"The relaxed fatigue pants fit well. The black essential straight pants are too tight at the waist. Both were order with the same size (36). Understood that different models will not be exactly the same fit wise, but there was a marked difference in this case (see picture). It looks like the waist size is actually a 34. Now, since this was a final sale, I cannot return these."
