To return an item you purchased from our Site, the item must be eligible for return. This means the item has to be in its original condition: new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging with the labels attached. The item must not have been purchased as a “Final Sale” or offered as a gift-wit-purchase or other promotional give-away or promotional offer.

Our Refund Policy applies to all items purchased on frankandoak.com. Refunds of purchases made through any third-party sites, any retail stores or any third-party Facebook pages, will be pursuant to the policies of said third-party entity.

If you purchased a product directly from frankandoak.com and it's not a final Sale product, please request a shipping label using our Return Portal. Products returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be issued in the original payment method.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges of items. To exchange an item from your recent order, return it for a refund and place a new order. Please ensure to return your item using the return portal within 30 days of delivery. You are welcome to wait until your return has been processed and credited before making the replacement purchase.
